Federico Emilio "Chi-Chi" Olivo Maldonado (March 28, 1928 - February 3, 1977) was a Major League Baseball pitcher. He pitched all or part of four seasons in the majors, between 1961 and 1966, for the Milwaukee and Atlanta Braves. He appeared in 96 games during his career, all in relief.
Chi-Chi's brother, Diomedes Olivo, was also a major league pitcher.
